Liftlog 1000: Forklift weighing system

The LIFTLOG 1000 is a user-friendly product designed especially for forklifts working in dispatch areas or warehouse environments. Weighing on the forklift removes the need to travel to a separate fixed floor scale, which is often located far from the storage location or loading area. Loading correctly the first time eliminates return trips to the warehouse, reducing vehicle movement, fuel consumption and wear on the machine and tyres.

Using a sensor that measures hydraulic pressure, controlled by a drop valve, the LIFTLOG 1000 reports the load's "calculated" weight to the operator in tonnes or kilograms. This load can be confirmed automatically or with the "Enter" button and added to the cumulative total and the grand total. In addition, when approaching an overload and in an overload situation, an internal (and optional external) alarm sounds, giving the operator more information about the load status. The estimated load is shown on the display as a load bar.
